    The front end of the online shopping system was built to allow for complete design independence. No matter how complex the layout of your site or design, we can make it work with the e-commerce solution. This means you do not have to try and fit your corporate brand into a box just to have online shopping.

    Search Engine Friendliness

    Four key things;
    1. Page titles are dynamically created based on the product or category your customer is viewing.

    2. Page names are dynamically produced to provide optimal SEO friendliness.  The page names are actually the names of your categories and products.

    3. Keyword and description meta data can be entered on a site wide basis or down to each category and product.

    4. A dynamic site map guarantees that Google and the other crawlers find every product detail page in your online store.

    Storemanager

    The Storemanager is the central place to manage your entire store.  The system has been built to provide easy, simple navigation to all of the key areas.

    The home page shows key information about your sales.  Graphs allow you to view sales for today, yesterday, this month, last month, and this year.  You are also provided store alerts including low stock, Sale Expiration, and new feature upgrades.

    New Orders

    Order processing has never been easier. One page allows you to see all of the new orders that you have received. Simply double click on the order to view the complete detail. Once the status of the order is moved from processing, the order is removed from the New Orders screen.

     
    3 Click Fulfillment

    Three clicks. That's all it takes to generate a PDF with an invoice, packing slip, and fullfilment slip for each new order that has not been processed. After the document is generated, the system can automatically mark each order's status to the next step. This moves the order out of the new order screen, and the customer sees the updated status in their account area.

    Customer Information

    Once a customer has signed up for an account, you have the ability to view all their important information. This includes order history, billing and shipping addresses, email information, the date they became a customer, the total amount of their orders, and the ability to send an email directly from the Storemanager. Storemanager also employs drill down technology that allows you to double click on many pieces of data to see the detail information. For instance, double click on an order and you are taken to that order detail page.

    Product List

    Some times the hardest part of managing your products is finding them. We have built in cutting edge technology that allows you to quickly filter your product list by SKU, Name, Quantity On Hand, Manufacturer, Vendor, and Price. We have also built it to be fast. Our grids only load a little data at a time. This feature makes using the Storemanager an enjoyable experience not a chore.

    Product Information

    Editing the detail of products is a simple painless process. You can edit pricing information, select manufacturer and vendor, enter keyword and description meta data, use a rich text editor to complete long descriptions, add multiple images to our product image gallery, assign categories, attributes, shipping information, tax rules, and select related products.

    Category and Attribute Management

    Category management allows an amazing level of flexibility. Unlimited categories and sub categories allow for future expansion. You have the ability to enter keyword and description metadata that the search engine crawlers use when indexing your site. You also can add a category banner image, photo, and description that is displayed to the customer when they view catalog pages for this category.

    You can also manage an unlimited number of attributes. Each attribute can modify the price of the product or the SKU, allowing the user to enter information that gives your customer maximum choices when purchasing.

    Store Promotions
    Store promotions and coupons allow you to be in complete control. You can create storewide, category, manufacturer, vendor, or product based sales and coupons. We allow you to not only set the start date and end dates, but also the time. This means you can create a promotion that is valid for next Friday between 10:00am and 3:00pm. Complete reporting allows you to know which promotions performed the best.
    Reporting and Tracking

    Many e-commerce systems only provide a handful of reports; our system comes with over 20. The system is also built for easy expansion. Need a custom report? No problem. If the data is stored in the database, we can get it. Let us know what information and the format you need, and you can have your custom report in 24 hours.

    All of our reports have the ability to be exported to Microsoft Excel, XML, PDF, HTML, Text, Tiff, and Rich Text Files. Reports can also be sorted by any column returned. Many of them also allow grouping and filtering of your data.
